I've bought every upgrade so I don't miss anything....that said, I have NOT gotten my money's worth out of it. It's my fault because I don't practice. I know that with experimentation (just plain fiddling around) I'd get more proficient. At the rate I'm going that might be EQ10!Nannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09239289676429380866noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3455377466611224769.post-72837466533287072402012-02-02T17:07:35.227-05:002012-02-02T17:07:35.227-05:00BEAUTIFUL log cabins - what lucky GDs!! Instead of adding individual logs, the partial blocks are placed along the length of a strip, sewn, and then cut apart? I've been wanting to do some of these and have lots of 1.5" strips. The only log cabin I've done was many years ago when I first started quilting, and I used a set of plastic templates for cutting. I love the strip piecing idea. Thanks!Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00931054420446581741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3455377466611224769.post-7339207357957612992012-02-01T05:52:33.519-05:002012-02-01T05:52:33.519-05:00I love the zig zag setting ! oh the picture of th...I love the zig zag setting ! oh the picture of the hawk is wonderful, I am with you I love the snow! great quilting weather isn't it!
I haven't used eq since I switched to a mac and I do miss it.
Kathieantique quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15379983489980682690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3455377466611224769.post-67470294388197377882012-02-01T03:24:19.134-05:002012-02-01T03:24:19.134-05:00Love those log cabins. I also understand the foodchain but would be sad to see "my" birds being taken away. Strangely enough I haven't gotten any birds yet this winter. I normally get more in the summer anyway so maybe our freeze/thaw pattern is helping them find good elsewhere.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00862692878882330794noreply@blogger.com
