Orca Bay is DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh My Goodness!!! I have surpassed myself! Every quilt I make from OUR BONNIE'S imagination makes me a better piecer.
Gives me discipline and freedom at the same time.
I cannot thank you enough Bonnie Hunter (http://www.quiltville.com).
My creative life is so much richer having found you.

Thank you... thank you... thank you!!!!

And another reason to be incredulous, 54 degrees in January???

I simply had to take the chance and lay this on the driveway. It sure brought out the neighbors.

Every single border fit PERFECTLY! There are no ripples or puddles in this whole quilt. I want to enter it in a contest. I have never entered a quilt in a contest before. That means it needs a good longarmer to do it justice.

I LOVE IT!

Beautiful!! You did a great job. Just hope mine turns out as well when I get around to it.

Oh yeah, it was over 60 degrees here in Nebr. yesterday. Felt like Spring was here. People were out running around in shorts & t-shirts.

So gorgeous! And so many pieces! You did a great job with it. Definitely a show quilt. And I'm casting another vote for Mary at Quilt Hollow for the quilting. She does such a terrific job.

Beautimous! (Beautiful and gorgeous combined!) Mine is going to be awhile, but you give me inspiration! I have to do a couple charity quilts to turn in on the 14th so Orca Bay has to just be patient awhile.

Nice job.......yes, it would make a super show quilt!
Now to get mine put together....gotta keep at it right?
Have any idea how many hours you have in this one?

Happy sewing :0)

If you didn't have a masterpiece before you do now, and if you had one before you have another one.

What a great quilt! I have just started making blocks, and after seeing yours I'll keep going Wow! And, it sure was great to have that 50 degree weather yesterday.

Love your quilt! This is my first Bonnie mystery and it will NOT be my last for sure. I've made a few mysteries by other quilters but Bonnies directions and design far surpasses any of the others. I'll be glad when I get mine to the stage yours is. It's very nice!

Ijust KNEW you would have yours completed this weekend -- hooray - and it's lovely!!! Congratulations.

Question - will you/do you stay stitch that last outer border before sending to the long-armer? or maybe you backstitched each seam???

It's fabulous. Congratulations! :-)
